- Tales Of A Madman I: Twisted Shift your gaze, look through the haze and find out who you are. Your mind‘s a maze, a mysterious place and the world is just on par. Listen, something‘s missing. A monstrous blaze, a silver face, what else is there to see? Help me face, help me erase the fear that‘s clenching me! Degradation, alteration… He kissed his girl good morning and he looked down to the ground. She lit that little candle with this charming little sound. The two of them were bound, although he knew she couldn‘t stay, each day! Everything is out of place and you are not alone. All the waste that‘s in your space and all the lights are gone. Listen, she is resting. Phase to phase, your dream‘s embrace is carrying you away. On all your ways you leave no trace, ´cause all you do is say: Relaxation, recreation. He kissed his girl goodbye and took one last look on the ground. The fire she had made for him was slowly burning down. He’s tearing on her shining gown, she turned and walked away, each day! Baby, come take my hand, let‘s be our way! Maybe we‘ll silence these voices today. I will be guiding you, feel no dismay! Break through the signpost that tells you to stay! Red and white, bold and bright, a frightening sight, I‘m alright… Baby, I know you‘re so hopelessly craving for freedom, so do what you can, ´cause our window is nearing! Let‘s fight this together and all this waiting that I had to do won‘t be in vain. Rush to me! Can you see? Can it be? You‘re free!

- Tales Of A Madman II: Revelation He’s never felt so vividly before, smiling, chuckling right out the door. Hold her hand, make your stand, the haze is gone, the maze is done! On his way through town to the shore, these years should be forgotten forever more. A silver blaze, a friendly face, everything is now in place! His madman’s dreams have told him of the maiden he adored, off ’ring vigorous clarity, he’s never had before. Together they would mend his soul, his effervescing desire, to feel the truth, to see the truth, what he could not acquire. Now that all his dreams’ designs have turned so very alive, a glance into her eyes reveals, for what he always strived. A surging twitch, a stinging pain, his thoughts will turn to dust, when all these dreams and all these expectations will get crushed. For what he sees is nothing but himself dressed all in white and silent void that overcast his hope’s and dream’s delight. Quietly he turned around and sat down on his bed, for he shall be lost, as should his innermost unrest

- Tales Of A Madman III: Take Me Home Why, tell me why am I drawn to the darkness? Why, tell me why I wear that dark crest! Time, only time may heal all this sadness. Time, only time and I am helpless. Grace, power and joy are all gone, what‘s left is blackness. Since I can think, life has sent me on that dark quest. When, tell me when will it end, this madness? When, tell me when, ‚cause I‘m out of greatness! Under oath, one I‘ve never given, forced upon me and crippling me inside. Now I face the demons they summoned for me, just to lose my honor and pride. Why am I still fighting for a cause I never knew? I have never won, but still I want so see it through! Take me home and help me with salvation! Why am I still breathing if my soul is not alive? Everything is cursed, as if my spirit cannot thrive! Take me home and bring me peace! Falling too deep into the void. Stuck with the life, you never enjoyed. You hold the ladder, the beacon of light! There‘s no one to help you make it right! Fate is in your hands, only yours!

- You Mean The World To Me Encased within a shell, far beyond the sea, attached to her surroundings and yet she seems to flee. Her radiating brilliance leaves blindness in her wake, Her gloomy curtain shows you though, the light is hers to take. Only few have seen that graceful figurine. Hidden deep beneath the waves, despite her lovely sheen. Her frail and peaceful nature defines the yet unknown, a frail and weary figure who solemn love has grown. You‘re full of blissful melodies and lucent singularities, a charming new reality to see. A healthy streak of vanity, confusion and depravity, and yet you mean the world to me

- Sir William 1. The Calling There he was, a shadow of himself, scraping bits of courage off his shining armor. His mind confused, his following forgotten, as the sky‘s getting darker and darker. Through the gate he went, expecting wealth and glory. What he found was nowhere near the story that they told to him. They said he’d feel alive and free, instead he was abandoned to be. An empire built on misery and sacrifice, looking into faces full of pain and despair. This is his reward for putting life and limb on the line everyday. Now he knows who were holding sway… Still he‘s drifting through the lands, a timid, trembling mockery. Watching others struggle, watching others fight for a last spark of hope. A hero to come and save them from this evil. “Maybe…”, he thought, „my being here has a reason!” Seeing what he could do, if he was strong enough to fight the villains, who were pouncing, grappling and torturing those not listening. Suddenly there came a chilling breeze soaking thoughts and passing. Like a sign to wake him up, he was destined to take on his calling. It was something he never thought existed, He’s drifting, carried around on a cloud. All his dreams and all his fears were twisted, but still he doesn’t know why they‘re all devout. I‘m neither rich nor beautiful, a strong shell and a weakened soul. Please spare me your reverence, I‘m trapped inside false confidence. How could they possibly treasure his mere existence? How could they possibly think that he‘s the one? How can he ever be certain he‘s not deluded? And how will be comprehend he might have won? I‘m neither rich nor beautiful, a strong shell and a dying soul. Please spare me your reverence, I‘m trapped inside false confidence. 2. The Muse A sound, a maiden’s cry, caught his ear, from deep inside the restless foliage. He drew his sword and disappeared. The clearing wasn’t far into the woods, yet every step got more frightening, there she lay, trapped in heavy chains. Fight, fiendish beasts and raiders! Face! I shall be your savior! Blow for blow he came closer reigning justice he gave out. There he was, a hero newly born. Looking into eyes that said, kiss me now or never. His mind redeemed, his hands and feet were shaking, even the sky’s dark clouds were slowly breaking. I shall be yours and you shall be mine. A muse and a hero so keenly benign. Their loving embrace carried them into the night. We can’t stay here forever, you have to go and make things better. Don’t fear, don’t crave, don’t cry! I won’t let you fight alone and I will give you strength to grow, so Go face, go fight, go try! Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye. 3. The Evil King Out there in the distance, quickly drawing near, the blackened swarm of suffering, inspiring pain and fear. Guided by a leader, as cold and foul as death, The look within his eyes stole everyone their breath. “Come forth and face me!”, said the fearless knight. “I shall destroy you, they don’t deserve this blight!” The evil king stepped forth at once, and so the fight was on. 4. The Battle instrumental 5. The End He pulled his blade out the fiend’s body, still so cold and dead, but harmful never more. Silence covered the battlefield, a moment of relief, Sir William slowly rose again to show what he achieved. “We face, we fight, we crave, we cry, we fear, we lie, we love, we try."
